| Web Advertising Upload Module |

The Web Advertising module allows you to upload the rental and sales property advertising details, photographs, floor plans, and virtual tour links to any participating Internet Real Estate advertising portal. The current participating portals are shown below. You are also able to upload to your own web site using the generic Rockend format.

Tenants may make rental payments directly into the agent’s property management trust account either by Bpay, deposit book, or tenant card. Some banks and other institutions allow you to download these transactions along with presented cheque details via modem using software provided by the bank. REST is able to read the downloaded files and automatically process the receipts and present the cheques.

| Tenant Direct Debit Module |

The Tenant Direct Debt options of REST Professional raises direct debit instructions on tenant’s bank accounts for rental and invoices due. The funds are transferred to the agent's trust account and receipts are produced. The bank will process the direct debit instructions when you generate an electronic banking file and transmit that file to the bank.
