Rockend is proud to announce the release of STRATA Master Version 4.5. This exciting release includes three major features:

Owner and Executive Portals

Owner and Executive Portals replace the current StrataWeb application in the market today – simplifying the installation process and allowing you to differentiate your services at no additional cost. You now have the ability to offer branded Owner & Executive portals via the internet to your client base.

When an owner or executive logs into the portals they will have the ability to see:

Property Details: The property details are displayed once the owner logs into the portal.

Owner Contact Details: The owner has the ability to check their contact details as recorded on the Strata Roll.

Owner Statements: Owners and Executives no longer need to contact the agency if they require a current owner levy report. They can simply log into the owner portal. The reports are viewed in PDF format and can be easily saved locally, or printed. This re-allocates staff from tasks such as answering levy queries or reprinting owner reports to more productive work and gives the owner a 24hr service offering.

Financial Statements: Owners and Executives also have the ability to run a set number of financial statements as configured by the agent. These reports are also viewed in PDF format and can be easily saved locally or printed. As many agencies charge additional fees for issuing interim financial each agency can choose whether to display these reports or hide them from the owner in the configuration.

STRATA Mobile

STRATA Mobile gives you the ability to look up contacts and building information from your mobile device (iPhone, iPad and Android devices). Once Owner and Executive Portals are activated you are able to;

Link your STRATA Master database to the app and find contact details for owners, executive committees, tenants, agents and creditors.
Call, SMS or email the contact directly from the application.
Find relevant building details, and preferred and contracted tradespeople for your buildings.

This tool will soon become an integral part of managing your plans giving you up to date information in the palm of your hand.

Improved Creditor Invoicing

This improvement enables you to reduce the amount of time spent on data entry for all creditor invoices. This will also reduce the amount of accounting adjustments to create financial statements due to the back dating of invoices which has been introduced.
