Rockend is proud to announce the release of REST Professional Version 9. This exciting new release includes three major new features:

REST Communicator

REST Communicator delivers the ability for you to offer branded Owner & Tenant portals via web to your client base. It replaces the current iREST application in the market today – simplifying the installation process and allowing you to differentiate your
service at no additional cost.

Owners can:	Tenants can:
View a list of their properties	View recent tenant ledger
View current owner statements	View past tenant ledger
View historical owner statements	View contact details of and contact their property manager
View current and previous income and expenditure reports
View contact details of their property manager and contact them
Retrieve their username and password

MS Outlook Integration

REST Professional MS Outlook Integration enables you to;

1. Push entries from the REST Diary to the MS Outlook Calendar. This enhancement will ensure that the complete record of interactions is always stored within REST Professional.

2. Synchronise contact details from REST Professional with Contacts within MS Outlook

This enhancement gives you access to appointment and contact information whilst on the road via your laptop and/or Smart Phone when integrated with Outlook.

Tenant Credit

REST Professional Version 9 includes a tenant ledger to manage ‘advance’ tenant payments. This ledger controls the funds kept in credit and ensures that they are not incorrectly paid out to owners as rent.

Additional screens have been added to manage the receipting and allocation of the funds in credit. For auditing processes reports are added to REST Professional to monitor transactions to and from this new ledger. This new feature is known as Tenant Credit.
