Rockend take out National Service Excellence Award

Last night in recognition of being Australia’s leading service providers, organisations and individuals were awarded Australia’s highest Customer Service Awards at the Australian Service Excellence Awards. The awards were held at the Sydney Convention Centre Sydney hosted by our nation’s peak customer service association, the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA).

Rockend was extremely honoured to be awarded the National Award for Small Business. This is the second time in recent years Rockend has been recognised by the CSIA for our commitment to achieving customer service excellence.

Rockend CEO John Goddard, who accepted the award on behalf of the company, said;
 
“Understanding our customer’s needs and exceeding their expectation at each contact, is every employee’s primary goal. Receiving this prestigious award today is external recognition that we are a leader in our industry and one that is truly committed to delivering the best possible customer service experience.”
